摘要
Abstract
A case of left eyelid basal cell carcinoma complicating by right orbital hemangioma was reported.The patient was male,aged 64 years old.The mass of his left eyelid angular was black scab,and the right supraorbital mass was soft and quasi-circular,increased when it is pressed or the patient lowered himself head.Pathology diagnosis of the two mass were basal cell carcinoma and hemangioma.This patient had multiple lipomas in body surface.To sum up,it was very important to examine the body carefully,apply auxiliary examination actively,and discuss the treatment plan before surgery.Pathology diagnosis was important evidence-based gist.关键词
