Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of scenario simulation training in improving service etiquette,communication skills,and rescue coordination ability of clinical nursing students.Methods 60 nursing students were selected in our hospital in 2015,including 5 undergraduates and 55 college students,were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group (n=30)received the traditional teaching,the research group (n=30) received the scenario simulation training teaching,three items (service etiquette,communication skills,and rescue coordination ability of nursing students) were specifically selected to conduct the study.Compared the three items of ability competencies of the two groups of nursing students after practice.Results The scores of service etiquette,communication skills,and rescue coordination ability in the research group were (93.56±7.15),(93.4±7.44),(94.81±8.67) points,significantly higher than those in the control group [(83.36±8.00),(84.3±9.32),(89.83±7.82) points],the nursing satisfaction rate of the research group was 100.0%,significantly higher than that of the control group (76.7%),with statistically significant differences (all P<0.05).Conclusion The scenario simulation training teaching helps to improve the service etiquette and communication skills of clinical nursing students,it can also improve patient nursing satisfaction,worthy of extensive application and promotion in clinical teaching.关键词
