血气检测结果分析前的影响因素研究
Influencing factors before blood gas analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of pre-analysis factors on the results of blood gas analysis.Methods Three groups of experiments were designed by the pre-analysis factors,such as the time of inspection,the storage temperature,and the brands of blood gas needle.we collected arterial blood gas samples from both sides of radial arteries at the same time.The pH,PCO2,PO2,Na+,K+,and Ca2+ all were measured by the blood gas analyzer and the influence of different pre-analysis factors on test results were compared.Results The delayed detection of blood gas samples at room temperature (18℃-28℃) had statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05) in the effects on pH,PCO2,PO2,Na+,and Ca2+.The pH,PCO2,PO2,Na+,K+,and Ca2+ by immediately detection were (7.40±0.09),(45.55±10.46) mmHg,(98.70±18.48) mmHg,(137.20±5.16) mmol/L,and (1.05±0.09) mmol/L,and those by delayed detection were (7.39±0.09),(44.55±9.87) mmHg,(118.30±25.36) mmHg,(138.00±5.03) mmol/L,and (0.99±0.09) mmol/L.The results of PO2 were significant increased and the results of Ca2+ were significant decreased by delayed detection.The delayed detection of blood gas samples at cold storage (2 ℃-8℃) had little effect on pH,PCO2,PO2,Na+,K+,and Ca2+,with no statistical differences (P ＞ 0.05).There were no statistical differences in the detection results of blood gas between the two brands of blood gas needles (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion In order to improve the accuracy of analysis results,specimens of blood gas should have timely inspection.关键词
