腹膜透析转血液透析患者的临床特点及护理对策
Clinical characteristics and nursing countermeasures of patients transferring from peritoneal dialysis to hemodialysis

Abstract
Objective To explore the changes of laboratory examination before and after peritoneal dialysis transferring to hemodialysis with end stage renal disease,and then adopt the reasonable nursing countermeasures.Methods 34 patients transferring from peritoneal dialysis to hemodialysis from January 25,2009 to January 25,2018 at Guangzhou Huadou District People's Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The patients' demographic data and laboratory data were collected and compared.The data were tested by SPSS 19.0.T-Test and variance analysis were used to compare the different indicators.Results After the hemodialysis,the levels of total protein,albumin,phosphorus,K+,and potassium were higher and urea nitrogen and serum creatinine were lower [(66.98±6.43) g/L vs.(61.91±9.60) g/L,(37.25±4.60) g/L vs.(32.31±6.87) g/L,(2.38±0.95) mmol/L vs.and (1.82±0.72) mmol/L,(5.28±0.90) mmol/L vs.(4.08±1.08) mmol/L,(19.12±9.72) mmol/L vs.(27.12±9.10) mmol/L,and (888.45±25.23) μmol/L vs.(1 022.64±37.85) μmol/L,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions For patients transferring peritoneal dialysis to hemodialysis,the nurses should adjust the nursing countermeasures,correct propaganda,and avoid accidents.关键词
