Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of knowledge,attitude,and behavior health education based on WeChat platform on the self-management behavior and quality of life of hypertensive patients.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with hypertension treated at our hospital from January,2016 to January,2017 were selected for this study,and were divided into a control group and an observation group using random number table method,60 cases for each group.The control group took routine health education,while the observation group knowledge,attitude,and behavior health education based on WeChat platform.The blood pressure,self-management behavior,and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before the intervention,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were (143.02±12.17)mmHg and (88.20±7.81) mmHg in the control group,and were (145.09±11.8g) mmHg and (86.92±8.06) mmHg in the observation group,with no statistical differences (P > 0.05).After the intervention,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were (141.02±8.95) mmHg and (83.27±9.08) mmHg in the control group,and were (122.09±8.17) mmHg and (72.29±7.38) mmHg in the observation group,with statistical differences (P < 0.05).Before the intervention,the scores of the self-management behavioral scale and quality of life scale were (63.28±6.92) and (88.20±7.8 l) in the control group points,and were (65.03±7.31) and (88.33±9.74) in the observation group,with no statistical differences (P > 0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the self-management behavioral scale and quality of life scale were (81.61±8.07) and (107.59±10.03) in the control group and were (90.17±9.05) and (l 29.22±11.74) in the observation group,with statistical differences (P > 0.05).Conclusions Knowledge,attitude,and behavior health education based on WeChat platform can effectively control hypertensive patients' blood pressure and improve their self-management behavior and quality of life.关键词
