Abstract
Objective To investigate the dosage of febuxostat for patients with gout complicated with hyperuricemia and renal insufficiency.Methods Ninety-six for patients with gout complicated with hyperuricemia and renal insufficiency treated at our hospital from November,2015 and June,2017 were selected and randomly divided into a control group,a low-dose group,and a high-dose group,32 cases for each group.The control group were treated with allopurinol tablets,the low-dose group with febuxostat 40 mg/d,and the high-dose group febuxostat 80 mg/d.The changes in serum uric acid levels before and after the treatment were observed.The effects were evaluated.The adverse reactions were monitored.Results There were statistical differences in the serum uric acid levels 12 and 24 weeks after treatment between the low-dose group,the high-dose group,and the control group (P ＜ 0.05).At the end of the treatment period,the qualified rate of uric acid was significantly higher in the low dose group (53.13％) and the high dose group (59.38％) than in the control group (31.25％),with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05),but no between the low dose group and the high dose group (P ＞ 0.05).The total effective rate was significantly higher in the low-dose group (81.25％) and the high-dose group (93.75％) than in the control group (65.63％),with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion High-dose of febuxostat (80 mg/d) for gout complicated with hyperuricemia and renal insufficiency is effective,safe,and reliable,so it worth for promotion.关键词
