摘要

Abstract

In recent years,more and more attention had been paid to the nematode-trapping mechanism of Duddingtonia flagrans in biological control,and further analysis of the fermentation broth by proteomics is helpful to reveal the biochemical mechanism of D. flagrans to kill nematode. The mass spectrometry-based non-labeled quant itary technique was firstly used to study the proteomics of fermentation broth of induced or not from D. flagrans. In result,the total number of proteins identified was 258, and there were 46 proteins expressed differentially in the two tested groups. When analyzed by GO annotation,the differently expressed proteins had various functions of proteins in many biological processes in the fermentation broth induced by Strongylus sp. Besides,they were also involved in catalytic and binding activities,and the processes of sensory environmental stimuli,signal transduction, peroxidase activity,cell wall biogenesis and so on.Further more,compared with the control group,catalase and methyl citrate synthase precursor in tricarboxylic acid cycle were obviously increased and accelerated aerobic respiration,which predicting that D. flagrans secretes extracellular proteases that also needed oxidative stress. The differential expression of serine enzymes and tyrosinaseprecursor may be an important virulence factor of D. flagrans infecting nematodes. KEGG analysis indicated that these proteins were involved in synthesis and metabolism of glycoge, lipids and animo acids and their secondary metabolites. Therefore,it is of great significance to study proteins produced by the nematode-trapping fungi in the process of trapping and killing nematodes,and it would be of great help for the use of the nematode-trapping fungi to control parasitic nematode disease in future.
