摘要

Abstract

A strain of lactic acid bacteria(LYOOl) was isolated from healthy piglets , which was identified as Enterococcus faecium by Biolog automatic micro-analysis system. Compared its 16S rRNA gene with that of the Enterococcus faecium strain(accession No. GQ337884. 1) reported on Genbank,the strain was 99% homology. In characteristics result,the strain reached to the stationary phase after growth for 6 h. It had a good resistance acid,salt and high temperature properties. In a drug sensitivity test,the strain LY001 was susceptible to penicillins,cephalosporins and quinolones, resistance to aminoglycosides,macrolides and tetracyclinesa. It had a capable of formation biofilm. The strain LY001 had a characteristics of suppressing growth of Escherichia coli,Salmonella and Staphylococcus. In a murine pathogenesis test,the strain had a satisfactory security. The above-mentioned results showed that the strain LY001 could be used for the selection of great probiotics.
