摘要

Abstract

The lumped parameter-rigid elastic coupled dynamic model of two-stage planetary transmission system with thin-walled ring gear on elastic supports was established through inter-stage coupled meth-od,in which the elastic deformation of the ring gear and the tangential and radial stiffness constraints were considered.Based on it,the finite difference method and modal energy were used for studying the sensitivity of the natural frequencies of the planetary transmission system with four planet gears.The results show that the natural frequencies ofⅠ/Ⅱcoupling torsional vibration modes vary with the cou-pling torsional stiffness of the ring gear of planet set I with the carrier of planet set II,the coupling tor-sional stiffness of the sun gear of planet set I with the sun gear of planet set II.The sensitivity of the natural frequency decreases with the increase of the inter-stage coupling stiffness.The natural frequen-cies of other vibration modes remain unchanged.The above conclusions are further verified by modal en-ergy analysis.
