基于热电耦合模型的锂电池内核温度估计
Li-Ion Battery Core Temperature Estimation Based on Thermal-Electro Coupled Model

Abstract
The battery temperature directly affects battery performance,and there is a difference between the battery core temperature and the battery surface temperature.Based on the fact that the battery core temperature is hard to measure,a thermal-electro coupled model of battery was developed to estimate the battery core temperature.The thermal-electro coupled model was composed of an equivalent circuit model and a thermal model.The equivalent circuit model parameters were identified through charge and discharge experiments.The thermal model parameters were identified by least squares method.When work operation was given,the battery heat generation was calculated by the equivalent circuit model and delivered to the thermal model.The thermal model estimated the battery core temperature.The accura-cy of thermal-electro coupled model was verified under the new european driving cycle (NEDC)condi-tion.The results show that the proposed thermal-electro coupled model accurately estimates the battery core temperature with an error within 1 ℃.关键词
