乌拉地尔注射液联合依那普利片治疗原发性高血压伴心力衰竭的临床研究
Clinical trial of urapidil injection combined with enalapril tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension with heart failure

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of ura-pidil injection combined with enalapril tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension with heart failure.Methods A total of 86 patients with es-sential hypertension combined with heart failure were randomly divided into control and treatment groups with 43 cases per group.Control group received enalapril 5-10 mg per time, bid, orally.Treatment group was given urapidil 100 mg per time, qd, intravenous drip, on the basis of control group.Two groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical effica-cy, blood pressure, heart function and adverse drug reactions were com-pared between two groups.Results After treatment, the total effective rates of the treatment and control groups were 93.02%( 40 cases/43 cases) and 69.77%( 30 cases/43 cases ) with significant difference (P<0.05).After treatment, the main indexes of treatment and control groups were compared: heart function grade Ⅰwere 67.44%(29 cases/43 cases) and 20.93%(9 cases/43 cases), left ventricular ejection fraction were (42.60 ±4.84 )%and (38.48 ±4.10 )%, left ventricular end-diastolic diame-ters were (56.55 ±4.70 ) and (64.31 ±6.87 ) mm, left ventricular end-systolic diameters were (46.73 ±4.10 ) and (54.56 ±5.07 ) mm, systolic blood pressure were (119.95 ±10.02 ) and (137.68 ±12.66 ) mmHg, diastolic blood pressure were ( 81.20 ±5.02 ) and ( 90.24 ±6.92 ) mmHg. The differences were statistically significant ( all P<0.05).The adverse drug reactions of treatment group included nausea , headache and chest tightness , which in control group were dry mouth , nausea and headache.The total incidences of adverse drug reactions in treatment and control groups were 13.95% and 9.30% without significant difference ( P>0.05 ) .Conclusion Urapidil injection combined with enalapril tablets has a definitive clinical efficacy in the treatment of essential hypertension with heart failure, which can effectively improve heart function and blood pressure , benefit to cardiac remodeling , without increa-sing the incidence of adverse drug reactions .关键词
