冠心丹参滴丸联合辛伐他汀片治疗冠心病的临床研究
Clinical trial of Guanxin Danshen dripping pills combined with simvastatin tablets in the treatment of thecoronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To study the effect and its mechanism of Guanxin Danshen dripping pills combined with simvastatin in the treatment of the patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD) .Methods One hundred and twenty patients with CHD randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 60 cases in each group.The control group was given 40 mg of simvastatin (at night) for 3 months.On the basis of control group , the treatment group was fed with Guanxin Danshen dripping pills 4 mg each time, 3 times per day , and the course of treatment was 3 months.The changes of related indicators before and after treatment in the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results After treatment, the total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 91.67 %and 78.33 %, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of treatment group and con-trol group were (43.27 ±5.21 )% and (40.58 ±4.97 )%, respective-ly;the total cholesterol ( TC) level in treatment group and control group were (3.34 ±0.36) and (3.93 ±0.52) mmol· L-1, respectively,and the di-fference of the all above factors between the two groups was statisti-cally significant ( P <0.05 ) .The levels of inflammatory factors , B -type natriuretic peptide ( BNP), and blood flow rheology in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion Guanxin Danshen dripping pills combined with simvastatin in the treatment of CHD can significantly improve the patients' conditions,with outstanding efficacy.关键词
