艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗消化性溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染的临床研究
Clinical trial of esomeprazole magnesium enteric -coated tablets in treatment of peptic ulcer with Helicobacter pylori infection

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer and Helicobacter pylori ( Hp) infection and its effects on serum and gastric interleukins (IL)-6, IL-8 levels.Methods Ninety patients of peptic ulcer with Hp infection were randomly divided into treatment group (n＝45 ) and control group ( n ＝45 ) .Control group was given omeprazole enteric -coated capsules 40 mg, bid, for 14 d.Treatment group was orally given esomeprazole 40 mg, qd, for 5 d, and then given the anti Hp regimen for 14 d.The clinical effect of ulcer healing and Hp positive rate after treatment between two groups were compared , the ser-um and gastric juice interleukins (IL)-6, IL-8 and clinical symptom scores before and after treatment and adverse drug reaction between two groups were compared .Results After treat-ment, the total healing rates of treatment group and control group were 86.67%(39 cases/45 cases), 66.67%(30 cases/45 cases), the Hp positive rates in treatment group and control group were 11.11%( 5 cases/45 cases ), 28.89%(13 cases/45 cases), all with significant differences (all P<0.05).After treatment, the serum IL-6 and IL-8 in treatment group were (57.59 ±6.14 ), ( 49.89 ±4.84 ) pg· mL-1, the gastric IL -6 and IL -8 were (17.14 ±2.79), (12.40 ±1.11) pg· mL-1; the serum IL -6 and IL-8 in control group were (74.47 ±7.86), (59.67 ±6.12) pg· mL-1, the gastric IL-6 and IL-8 were (23.79 ±3.36), (18.17 ±1.89) pg· mL-1, all with significant differences (all P<0.05).There were 3 cases of dizziness, 2 cases of rash, and 1 cases of diarrhea in con-trol group, with the incidence of 13.33%(6 cases/45 cases).There were 4 cases of dizziness and headache , 2 cases of gastrointestinal discomfort , 1 cases of dry mouth, and 1 case of vertigo in treatment group , with the incidence of 17.78%(8 cases/45 cases), with no significant difference ( P >0.05 ) .Conclusion Esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets is good for peptic ulcer with Hp infection .关键词
