超分子水杨酸外用治疗轻、中度痤疮疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of supramolecular salicylic acid to treat mild to moderate acne vulgaris. Methods 140 cases of mild to moderate facial acne vulgaris patients were randomly divided into two groups: 70 cases in the experimental group treated by supramolecular salicylic acid and 70 cases in the control group (0.1% adapalene gel). Both of two groups accepted the treatment for 12 weeks.Two independent investigators evaluated outcomes and recorded side-effects at 1 and 3 months post-treatment. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 50.72% and 91.3% respectively at 1 and 3 months post-treatment. Meanwhile, the control group was 28.36% and 46.27% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P＜0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was 5.8%, the control group was 59.70%. There were no obvious side-effects in both groups. Conclusion The combination treatment of acne vulgaris with glycolic acid is benefit for moderate to severe acne vulgaris. The side-effects is less and worth to apply in clinics.关键词
