Abstract
Objective To study the application of skin soft tissue expansion in repairing scar after deep second degree burns. Methods A total of 120 patients with scar after second degree burn treated in our hospital from February 2014 to April 2016 were selected, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases in each group. The Patients in the observation group were treated with skin and soft tissue expansion. The patients in the control group were treated with composite skin grafting. The total effective rate, infection rate, wound healing time, wound skin revascularization time and pain score were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%, which was significantly better than that of the control group(83.3%), the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). The wound healing time, skin blood circulation recovery time, pain score and infection rate of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion In the plastic repair of burn scar, the effect of skin and soft tissue expansion is obviously better than composite skin grafting, which can reduce the pain and infection rate of patients, improve the total clinical efficiency, and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
