Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shengji Yuhong ointment on the treatment of diabetic foot and the effect on the platelet derived growth factor receptor-α(PDGFR-α) in the wound tissue, to provide reference for the treatment options of the patients with diabetic foot. Methods 204 patients with diabetic foot in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2016 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the study group by digital random table, 102 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with debridement and replacement therapy on the basis of strict control of blood sugar, and the study group were treated with the dialectical addition and subtraction of Shengji Yuhong ointment on the basis of the control group. Two groups of patients were treated continuously for one month as a course of treatment. The changes of blood glucose level, peripheral blood vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and PDGFR-α expression in the granulation tissue of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. The total clinical effective rate of the two groups after treatment were compared, and the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor in peripheral blood and PDGFR-alpha in granulation tissue of wound in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the study group was significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 92.16%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (78.43%, P＜0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion The dialectical addition and subtraction of Shengji Yuhong ointment can effectively improve the expression of platelet derived growth factor receptor-α and improve clinical efficacy, which has high clinical value.关键词
