Abstract
Objective To study the application effects of platelet rich plasma guided bone regeneration in single-tooth implant restoration in maxillary aesthetic area. Methods According to the use of mixed platelet rich plasma, 225 patients who underwent tooth implant restoration in maxillary aesthetic area from January 2013 to January 2017 were divided into the observation group and the control group. The two groups were given platelet rich plasma guided bone regeneration and intervention without platelet rich plasma respectively. The success rate of restoration, bone resorption, pink esthetics index (PES), white aesthetic index (WES) and subjective satisfaction were evaluated. Results The implant restoration in the two groups was successful, and there were no significant differences in bone resorption and WES scores between the two groups (P＞0.05). PES scores of the observation group at implant restoration, at 6 and 12 months after implant restoration, the attachment height and the overall appearance scores at 12 months after implant restoration were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Platelet rich plasma can significantly promote bone regeneration and repair, and the aesthetic effect is good.关键词
