Abstract
Objective To study the necessity of individualized nursing in the perioperative period of plastic surgery. Methods From March 2016 to November 2017, 100 patients undergoing plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery in our hospital were selected as study objects. All patients were divided into the observation group (n=50) and the control group (n=50) according to different nursing styles. In the control group, routine nursing was performed in perioperative period, and individualized nursing was carried out in the observation group. The scores of Self-rating anxiety scale before and after nursing, average recovery time after operation and satisfaction degree of nursing intervention were observed in the two groups. Results After nursing intervention, the SAS scores of the two groups decreased significantly, and the score of the observation group was (56.87±6.98) significantly lower than that of the control group (64.39±8.74),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recovery time of the observation group was (11.66±7.68)d significantly less than that of the control group [(15.6±9.88)d, P＜0.05].The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (82.0%, P＜0.05). Conclusion Personalized nursing has significant nursing effect during the perioperative period of plastic surgery.It can improve the anxiety state of patients, reduce the recovery time after surgery, and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing. Medical personnel should be reasonably applied according to the actual situation and needs of patients.关键词
