Abstract
Objective To explore the influencing factors of hysteroscopy in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions. Methods A total of 159 patients with intrauterine adhesions treated by hysterosopic surgery from February 2014 to October 2016 in our hospital were enrolled to analyze retrospectively.The curative effect was observed after the follow-up.The single factor and multiple factor Logistic regression analysis were used to ana-lyze the effect factors. Results 159 patients were followed up for one year.The clinical effect showed cured in 97 cases, effectiveness in 36 cases, invalid in 26 cases, and the total effective rate was 83.65%.The single factor analysis showed that the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopy in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions was re -lated to the patient＇s course of disease, the peculiarity, extent and classification of intrauterine adhesions , the placement of intrauterine device and the application of artificial cycle ( P＜0.05), but was not related to the age, pregnancy, abortion, and operation time of the patients (P＞0.05).Logistic regression analysis revealed that course of disease and density of intrauterine adhesions were the dangerous factors (OR＝2.807 and 2.751, P＜0.05), while placement of intrauterine device and application of artificial cycle were the protective factors for the clinical effect of hysteroscopy (OR＝0.457 and 0.508, P＜0.05). Conclusion The clinical effica-cy of hysteroscopy for intrauterine adhesions are related to the course of the disease , the nature of intrauterine adhesions and postoperative adjuvant therapy , so effective measures should be taken to improve the therapeutic effect according to the related factors.关键词
