运用"医门八法"辨治眩晕思路
Analysis of "Eight therapeutic methods" in the treatment of vertigo
摘要
Abstract
Vertigo is a common and frequently occurring disease, and the effect of vertigo treated by traditional Chinese medicine is remarkable. "Eight therapeutic methods" in CHENG Zhongling's Yi Xue Xin Wu includes"Diaphoresis, Sweating, Vomiting, Harmonization, Warming, Heat-clearing, Elimination and Nourishing" eight treatment methods. Through the ancient medical books and literature reports about "Eight therapeutic methods"relevant content and characteristics, combinating of "Eight therapeutic methods" in treating vertigo, the correlation and associativity that "Eight therapeutic methods" and treatment of vertigo should be analyzed; And the thinking of syndrome differentiation of vertigo baseing on the "Eight therapeutic methods" are sumarized. These have high significance in the treatment of vertigo, meanwhile, the "Eight therapeutic methods" is close relevant to the treatment of vertigo. According to the clinical treatment for vertigo, on the basis of accurate syndrome differentiation, we can learn from the characteristics of the Eight therapeutic methods and treat them separately. This paper tries to describe the application of the " Eight therapeutic methods" in the treatment of vertigo.关键词
