Abstract
Mental psychogenic disorder is caused by psychological abnormalities, which is attributed to the category of "emotional illnesses" by Traditional Chinese Medicine. The disease is mainly caused by the qi chaos of five organs. Professor TONG Xiaolin believes that the disease is attributed to heart, and related closely to liver, spleen and kidney, the primary pathogenesis is irregular flow of the qi . The initial occurrence of the disease is excessive, and longer is deficient. Clinical diagnosis and treatment of these diseases is adjusting qi activities, combined with excessive and deficient syndrome differentiation. The treatment of the disease is principle of rigidity and flexibility. Specifically speaking, for the syndrome of excess, using Sini decoction, Danzhi Xiaoyao decoction, Huanglian Wendan decoction, or Baijin Pills to eliminate the internal stagnation of qi, heat and turbidity of phlegm; For the syndrome of deficiency, using Guipi decoction, Anshen Dingzhi pills, Huanglian Ejiao decoction and Erxian decoction to compensate the deficiency of the viscera. After clinical verification, the holistic treatment of Psychogenic mental disorders is carried out through the syndrome differentiation of deficiency and excess and the clinical effect is significant, which provides the specific thinking for the treatment of psychogenic mental disorders by traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
