ZHU Fangshi in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis
摘要
Abstract
To discuss Professor ZHU Fangshi's experience in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Through the division of the teacher, the ideas and experience of the treatment of syndrome differentiation and selection of prescription drugs were realized. Professor ZHU Fangshi recognition of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation for chronic atrophic gastritis qi, blood, yin and yang to be Lord, vagina dry fire and blood stasis have infl uence, the specimen of the actual situation varies greatly, thus dialectical medication is more complicated. However, the tutor believes that the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis is based on the weakness of the spleen and stomach, the spleen is mainly based on qi deficiency, when the spleen is invigorated and invigorates the qi, the decoction is reduced by Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction, the stomach is mainly due to yin deficiency, and when the yin is nourishing and dryness, the prescription is to improve the stomach; While the course of disease is often found in the soil virtual wood, when the liver is dissolving, the choice of chaihu liver soup is decreased. The blood stasis and obstruction of the blood stasis through the pathological process, and influence the progress of atrophy, enterification and atypical hyperplasia, and the blood circulation and blood stasis can control the process of atrophy. Conclusion This paper shows that the concept of diagnosis and treatment is eff ective in improving the patient’s condition, and it is worth learning and learning for clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.关键词
