健脾化湿调肝方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征伴焦虑和/或抑郁状态30例

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of D-IBS with anxiety and/or depression by strengthening spleen, resolving dampness and regulating liver. Methods 60 cases of D-IBS with anxiety and depressive status were selected in our hospital, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine decoction, the control group was given Medilac-S combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen, the two groups were treated for 4 weeks to observe and compare the clinical efficacy and safety. Results Compared with the two groups, the scores of fecal pelvic thin, lower abdomen fullness and lower abdomen pain in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P＜ 0.05), both of which were statistically significant. In the clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of 87% in the treatment group, the total effective control group 70%, compared with the two groups P＜ 0.05, statistically significant. At the same time, the mental state of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P＜0.05). No significant adverse reactions were found in either group. Conclusion Chinese medicine of Strengthening spleen, resolving dampness and Regulating liver can significantly improve clinical efficacy of the D-IBS with anxiety and or depression.关键词
