摘要
Abstract
Forest frog oil is rich in many bioactive substances such as protein, fatty acid, sterol, etc. it has the functions of tonifying kidney and essence, invigorating spleen and stomach, nourishing yin and tonifying kidney, moistening lung and promoting fluid production. Forest frog oil is widely used and is a tribute as early as Ming and Qing dynasties. In recent years, people's demand for forest frog oil has become more and more urgent. The market has a large capacity and belongs to products that cannot meet the demand, but its price is expensive, so there are many fake products in the market. This article summarizes the literature and summarizes the identification methods of Rana japonica oil in detail, which are divided into three categories: traditional identification methods, instrumental identification methods, and molecular biology methods, providing a more in-depth scientific basis for its authenticity identification and safe medication.关键词
