荣筋片对SAMP6鼠瘦素血清含量及骨组织蛋白表达的影响
Study on serum content and bone tissue protein expression of Leptin in SAMP6 mice by Rongjin tablets

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Rongjin tablet on serum leptin level and leptin protein expression in bone tissue of SAMP6 rats, and to provide a new idea for the study of the mechanism of Rongjin tablet in preventing osteoporosis. Methods Thirty 6 month old samp6 rats were randomly divided into Rongjin tablet group and blank control group according to body weight. Another 15 months with resistance to rapid aging SAMR1 mice, as homologous comparison control group. The Rongjin tablet group was given 3 mL solution, the blank control group was given 3 mL saline once a day for 12 weeks, the serum leptin content was detected by blood collection from eyeball, and the bone marrow of femur was taken to make smear. The expression of leptin protein in bone tissue was determined by immunohistochemistry. Results Serum Leptin was (0.323 8±0.142 1) ng/mL and Leptin protein expression of the bone was (0.21±0.13) ng/mL in Rongjin tablets group, serum Leptin was (0.351 9±0.225 7) ng/mL and leptin protein expression of the bone was (0.26±0.11) ng/mL in SAMRl control group, serum leptin was (0.173 7±0.036 9) ng/mL and Leptin protein expression of the bone was (0.17±0.08) ng/mL in the blank control group. Serum Leptin and protein expression of the blank control group was significantly low-er than the other two groups (P<0.05). There was no obvious difference between Rongjin tablets group and SAMR1 control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Rongjin tablets can inhibit the MSCs into adipose cells, promote the MSCs into osteoblasts and induction the adipocytes into osteoblasts. Rongjin tablets can improve Leptin content of the serum and the protein expression of bone tissue.关键词
