染料木素铬配合物改善2型糖尿病大鼠模型糖尿病相关生化指标及靶器官损害作用的研究
Research of genistein/chromium complex improving diabetes related biochemical indexes and damage of target organs in type-Ⅱ diabetes rats model

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of genistein/chromium complex in treating type-Ⅱ diabetes rats model. Methods After establishing type-Ⅱ diabetes rats model, rats were fed genistein/chromium complex with a gradient concentration (15 mg·kg-1, 30 mg·kg-1, 60 mg·kg-1) by daily gavage administration for 5 weeks. At the end of administration, biochemical indexes were tested. Besides, pancreas, liver, kidneys, retina were harvested for pathological analysis. Results 1) Biochemical indexes including GUL, GHb, TC, TG, UREA, CREA expressed in serum were significantly decreased after giving genistein/chromium complex. 2) The pathological analysis showed that genistein/chromium complex could lighten the lesion of pancreas, liver and retina damaged by type-Ⅱ diabetes. Conclusion Genistein/chromium complex had an obvious improvement effect on diabetes related biochemical indexes and reduced damage of target organs in type-Ⅱ diabetes rats model.关键词
