内热针输刺法治疗腰椎小关节病
Inner heating acupuncture with Shuci manipulation in the treatment of lumbar facet
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of inner heating acupuncture with Shuci manipulation in the treatment of lumbar facet joint disease. Methods A randomized controlled clinical trial was designed for patients with lumbar facet joint disease. The treatment group contained 60 patients who were healed by the inner heating acupuncture with Shuci manipulation therapy (Point BL57, the projection points of lumbar facet joints), and they got once treatment per week. While, the control group included 59 patients treated by acupuncture (Point EX-B2, Point BL22, Point BL23, Point BL24, Point BL25, Point BL26, Point BL27, Point BL57), and they got three times treatments per week. The course of treatments were 2 weeks. Both groups were assessed by the VAS scores and the ODI scores. The curative effects of two groups were evaluated by ODI scores after treatments. Results The VAS and the ODI scores in two groups declined extremely after treatments when compared with those before treatments (P＜0.01). The VAS scores and the ODI scores of the treatment group were lower than the control group when the treatments concluded(P＜0.05, P＜0.05). The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 95% and 89.83%. The curative effects of the two groups had no significant difference. Conclusion The inner heating acupuncture with Shuci manipulation therapy can warm yang and dredge collaterals, and strengthen bone and tendon. Patients got lumbar facet joint disease would be released pain and improved lumbar function by the therapy.关键词
