Abstract
Mini clinical practice assessment is a kind of new assessment tools to evaluate medical residents clinical ability. The comprehensive, convenient operation, evaluation content and humanistic care, to take an examination of promotion is its main characteristic. Real-time and effective feedback is the core and key of Mini - CEX content, directly affect the function and effect of assessment. Reviewers to judge consistency is the difficulty of the Mini-CEX reviewers training is the key to the successful implementation of the Mini-CEX. Mini-CEX in internal medicine in the process of resident standardization training played a good guidance and assessment and its application in clinical teaching can be directly observed and dynamic written record is insufficient, the resident standardization training students the ability to make a more objective and fair evaluation, can well cultivate resident analysis and problem solving skills, let the resident for more information, maximum benefit. Mini-CEX is worth popularizing in the resident standardization training.关键词
