Discussion on the Necessity and Effective Path for Teachers in the New Age Medical College to Enhance Their Scientific Research Ability
摘要
Abstract
Medical colleges are medical higher education at higher vocational and technical level in China, occupying half of the medical higher education in terms of student number. Compared with medical universities, there are obvious shortcomings in scientific research for medical colleges. In this new era of complete-completion a moderately prosperous society, and in the practice of implementing a series of national policies relating to the welfare of the people, such as "China made 2025"and "healthy China 2030", it has become a necessary requirement for medical colleges to improve and develop scientific research. Teachers are the most important key for school development, and the overall quality of the teachers' team directly affects the quality of a college. Scientific research ability is an important embodiment of teachers' comprehensive quality, therefore, the improvement of teachers' scientific research ability is an effective way for further development of medical colleges. Therefore, necessities of improving the scientific research ability of the teachers in medical colleges were systematically discussed in this wok. In addition, effective ways to improve the scientific research ability were also provided to inspire and help teachers who are committed to improve their scientific research abilities.关键词
