胎盘多肽联合顺铂治疗胃癌腹腔积液疗效研究
The efficacy of placenta polypeptide combined with cisplatin on gastric peritoneal effusio

Abstract
Objective :To investigate the improvement of ascites in gastric cancer ,changes in immune func-tion ,quality of life ,and adverse reactions of placenta polypeptide combined with cisplatin .Methods :40 patients with gastric cancer with ascites were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given intraperitoneal chemotherapy :0 .9% sodium chloride 2000ml and cisplatin 60mg were mixed and peritoneal perfusion was performed .Perfusion chemotherapy was performed once every 14 days for a total of 4 treatments .The placebo peptide was added to the control group on the basis of the control group .8ml of injection was added into 200ml of 0 .9% sodium chloride injection ,ivgtt ,bid ,10 days after each chemotherapy . Both groups were treated 4 times and evaluated for efficacy .Results :There was no significant difference in the short-term efficacy of intraperitoneal effusion between the treatment group and the control group (P＞0 .05).After treat-ment ,the CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+ /CD8+ in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group.CD8+ decreased significantly ,the difference was statistically significant (P＜ 0 .05) ;after treatment ,the KPS score was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P＜0 .05) ;the incidence of ad-verse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0 .05).Conclusions :Placenta polypeptide combined with cisplatin has no significant difference in the improvement of abdominal cavity effusion in gastric cancer ,but it can improve the immune function of patients ,im-prove the quality of life of patients ,reduce adverse reactions ,it is worth further promotion and application of the clinical .关键词
