扶正消瘤汤对食管癌患者放疗前后临床症状、细胞免疫功能及外周血细胞凋亡的影响
The effects of Fuzheng Xiaoliu decoction on cellular immune function and peripheral blood cell apoptosis before and after radiotherapy of esophageal cancer patients

Abstract
Objective :To investigate the effects of Fuzheng Xiaoliu decoction on cellular immunity and apop-tosis of peripheral blood cells before and after radiotherapy of esophageal cancer patients .Methods :90 cases of e-sophageal cancer patients in our hospital ,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,each 45 ca-ses ,the control group patients give radiation treatment ,the treatment group patients using the centralizer tumor soup with radiation therapy .Observed two groups of patients with dysphagia ease the situation ,compare two groups before and after treatment in patients with cellular immune function and serum immunoglobulin levels ,and the two groups before and after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome integral and adverse reactions occur .Results :The remission rate of the treatment group (91 .11%) was significantly better than the control group (73 .33%) (P＜0 . 05).before the treatment ,two groups of immune function in patients with no significant difference (P＞0 .05) ,the two groups after treatment in patients with CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+ /CD8+ level were improved ,and the lev-el of observation group was obviously better than the control group (P＜0 .05) ;before the treatment ,two groups of patients with IgA ,IgM and IgG no significant difference (P＞0 .05) ,serum immunoglobulin levels in both groups after treatment were improved ,and the level of observation group was obviously better than the control group (P＜0 .05) ;before treatment ,there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients with dysphagia , sternum pain ,vomiting mucus ,anorexia ,and fatigue of god (P＞0.05).After treatment ,the score of the control group was significantly better than that of the control group before treatment ,and the score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P＜0 .05).The incidence of leukocyte reduction ,thrombocy-topenia ,bone marrow transplantation ,constipation ,nausea and vomiting was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0 .05).Conclusion :Fuzheng Xiaoliu decoction can obviously relieve dysphagia after radiotherapy in patients with esophageal cancer ,improving cellular immune function in patients with and the level of serum immunoglobulin ,improve the TCM syndrome integral ,and less adverse reactions .关键词
