摘要
Abstract
Objective :Explore the curative effect of the combined growth inhibition in the treatment of acute pancre-atitis.Methods :Selection 80 cases of acute pancreatitis patients ,divided into control group and observation group ,control group given somatostatin therapy ,observation group given Qingyi decoction of pancreas on the basis of control group ;af-ter two courses of treatment ,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated ,and the clinical symptoms disappeared in the two groups before and after treatment .To observe the changes of the test indexes before and after treatment ;the inci-dence of adverse reactions ,the rate of transfer and the length of hospital stay were calculated before discharge .Results :The total clinical efficiency of the observation group was 92.50%,the control group was 75.00%,and the overall clinical effica-cy of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The observation group was less than the control group (P<0.05) ,with abdominal pain ,abdominal distension ,no exhaust ,no defecation ,increased blood amylase and WBC .The expression levels of blood amylase ,urine amylase and hs-crp in the two groups were better than those in the group before treatment (P<0 .05).All the indicators in the observation group were superior to the control group (P<0 . 05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group ,the rate of transfer operation and the length of hospital stay were all lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion :The treatment of acute pancreatitis is ideal for the treat-ment of Qingyi decoction ,and the treatment cycle is short .关键词
