补肾活血汤对缺血性脑卒中疗效及对患者神经功能、生活质量的影响

Abstract
Objective :Explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction on the efficacy and neurological function , quality of life and ability of patients with ischemic stroke .Methods :Choose 92 cases of ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients , according to the stochastic indicator method ,randomly divided into observation group and control group ,each 46 cases .two groups were given control of blood pressure ,blood sugar and lower intracranial pressure ,such as conventional treatment , the control group using aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride treatment ,observation group of patients on the basis of using Bushen Huoxue decoction for combination therapy ,comparing two groups of clinical curative effect ,and the two set of neural function defect scale and life ability score comparison ,observe the quality of life scores after treatment in both groups ,compared to blood coagulation function in patients with indexes .Results :The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.96%,the control group was 65.22%(P＜0.05).Before treatment ,there was no statistically significant difference between the scores of neurological deficits and the life ability score of the two groups (P＞0.05).After treat-ment ,the scores of both groups were improved ,and the scores of neurological function defects and life ability score in-creased significantly in the observation group (P＜0.05).Before treatment ,there was no significant difference in platelet aggregation rate ,fibrinogen ,whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in the two groups (P＞0.05).After treatment , both groups of hemorheological indexes improved ,and the degree of reduction of fibrinogen and whole blood viscosity was more obvious in the observation group (P＜0.05).Observation group of patients in the physiological function ,physiological functions ,physical pain ,general health ,vitality ,social function ,emotional function ,mental health scores were better than that in control group (P＜0 .05).Conclusion :The effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction can obviously improve the curative effect of patients with ischemic stroke ,promote the recovery of patients＇neurological function ,improve the quality of life of patients ,improve coagulation function ,and deserve further promotion .关键词
