疏血通注射液联合安宫牛黄丸治疗中风疗效及对患者凝血功能、Cytc和Caspase-3表达的影响
Effect of Shuxuetong injection combined with Angong Niuhuang pills on coagulation ,expression of Cytc and caspase-3 in patients with stroke

Abstract
Objective :To investigate the changes of coagulation function ,cytochrome C (Cytc) and caspase-3 in pa-tients with ischemic stroke treated with Shuxuetong injection combined with Angong Niuhuang pills .Methods :102 patients with ischemic stroke who received treatment were chosen .According to the order of admission ,the even number was as the control group and the odd number was as the observation group ,and 51 patients in each group .The patients in the control group were treated with Shuxuetong injection .The patients in the observation group were treated with Angong Niuhuang pills combined with Shuxuetong injection .7 days were a course of treatment ,and the treatment was continued for 6 cour-ses.The changes of the clinical efficacy ,neurological deficits ,and coagulation (PT ,TT ,APTT ,FIB) and Cytc and Caspase-3 levels in the two groups were observed .Results :The clinical total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 92.16% and 78 .43% ,and the differences were significant (P＜0.05) ;after treatment ,the neurological deficit (NIHSS) score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0 .05) ;after treatment ,the indexes of coagulation function in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0 .05) ;after treat-ment ,the Cytc and Caspase-3 decreased in the observation group were decreased ,and there were significant differences compared with the control group (P＜0 .05).Conclusion :Shuxuetong injection combined with Angong Niuhuang pills in the treatment of patients with hemorrhagic stroke can significantly improve the clinical efficacy ,restore neurological function , improve blood coagulation ,reduce bleeding ,and inhibit Cytc and Caspase-3 levels in patients .关键词
