腰痛宁胶囊联合归元筋骨宁湿敷剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究
Analysis of therapeutic effect of Yaotongning capsule combined Guiyuan Jinguning moisturizer on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion

Abstract
Objective :To investigate the curative effect of Yaotongning capsule combined with Guiyuan Jin-guning moisturizer on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation (LDH).Methods :The 90 LDH patients meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups .The control group was treated with Yaotongning capsule alone .The experimental group was treated with Yaotongning capsule and Guiyuan Jinguning moisturizer .After treatment ,the onset time at resting and active state was compared between the two groups ,and the clinical efficacy of analgesia was compared between two groups .The scores of VAS ,JOA and ODI were compared before and after treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks in two groups .The serological indicators were determined in two groups .Results :After treat-ment ,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 95 .56%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (80 .00%,P＜0 .05).Compared with the control group ,the onset time of analgesia under resting and active state was significantly shortened in the experimental group (P＜0 .05).With the prolonged treatment time , the scores of VAS and ODI scores in both groups were significantly decreased ,and JOA scores were significantly in-creased(P＜0 .05).The serum levels of MCP-1 ,PGE-2 ,IL-1 and IL-6 were significantly decreased (P＜ 0 .05). However ,compared with the control group ,the scores of VAS ,ODI and four serological indicators in the experi-mental group decreased more significantly ,and the scores of JOA increased more significantly (P＜0 .05).Conclu-sion :The combination of Yaotongning capsule and Guiyuan Jinguning moisturizer is very good for the treatment of LDH ,which can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients ,relieve pain quickly ,improve lumbar function and the quality of life of patients .关键词
