补肾活血周期疗法联合淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗同种免疫性复发性流产疗效及对患者血清封闭抗体的影响
The effect of Bushen Huoxue therapy combined lymphocyte active immunotherapy on immunological recurrent abortion and its effect on serum related antibodies

Abstract
Objective :Explore the therapeutic effect of Bushen Huoxue therapy combined with active lympho-cyte immunization in the treatment of recurrent immunological abortion and its effect on serum closed antibody (BA).Methods :102 patients with recurrent immunological abortion admitted were selected as the study data .To selected patients were divided into control group and research group ,control group take the pure lymphocyte im-mune treatment actively ,the team in the control group treatment method at the same time ,the application of tradi-tional Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue therapy of treatment ,the treatment to the patients with pregnancy stop at 12 weeks ,compared two groups of patients with pregnancy outcome ;the positive rate of the closed antibody and the time of the closed antibody were observed .The changes of lymphocyte immunophenotype before and after treatment were observed .Results :The positive rate of BA in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0 . 05).The overall pregnancy outcome of the study group was better than that of the control group (P＜0 .05).Com-pared with the control group ,the time of BA was shorter after treatment (P＜0 .05).After treatment ,all lympho-cyte immunopheno types of the two groups were improved (P＜0 .05).However ,CD3+ T 、CD4+ T 、CD4+ THLA-DR+/CD4+、CD3－CD56+NK 、CD4+ TCD25+CD127dimTreg in the study group were better than those in the control group(P＜0 .05).Conclusion :Bushen Huoxue therapy combined with the active immunotherapy of lymphocyte ,can shorten the time of closing antibody to positive ,and improve the positive rate of closed antibody and the expression level of immunophenotype .关键词
