石芦清金颗粒质量标准的研究
Research on the quality standard for Shilu Qingjin granule
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To establish the quality standard for Shilu Qingjin granule .Methods :TLC was used to i-dentify Scutellaria baicalensis 、Semen semen coicis 、Licorice 、rhizoma anemarrhenae and earthworm ,HPLC was used to determine the contents of ephedrine hydrochloride .Results :The spots of Scutellaria baicalensis 、Semen semen coi-cis 、Licorice 、rhizoma anemarrhenae and earthworm in TLC were clear ,the negative controlled substance did not show interference .The linear ranges of ephedrine hydrochloride were 0 .2056～1 .2336μg(r＝0 .9997) ,The average sample recoveries were 97 .66%(RSD＝1 .97%).Conclusion :The internal control methods are simple ,reliable and repeat-able ,which can be used to control the quality of Shilu Qingjin granule .关键词
