高效液相色谱法测定黑种草子中黑种草苷含量
Determination of Nigeglanoside in Seeds of Nigella glandulifera by HPLC

Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of nigeglanoside in seeds of Nigella glandulifera. Methods The content of nigeglanoside was determined by HPLC.The separation was performed on a C18column ( YMC-Pack ODS-A,250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with a gradient elution system of acetonitrile and 0.017 5 mol·L-1acetic acid solution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 290 nm,and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear range of nigeglanoside was 0.01-0.30 mg·mL-1(R2=0.9991).The RSDs of precision,stability and repeatability were all less than 2%.The average recovery was 96.66% (RSD=1.25%,n=6). Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible. It is effective in controlling the quality of seeds of Nigella glandulifera .关键词
