摘要
Abstract
MicroRNAs,a family of endogenous non -coding RNAs, are known for their critical role in regulating the expression of target genes through complementary binding to the 3'non-coding region of the target gene mRNA.Drugs indirectly affect drug metabolism by regulating the expression of microRNAs that affect transporters .This article systemati-cally described the research progress and mechanism of microRNA media-ted drug regulation of transporters .关键词
