摘要
Abstract
Pregnane X receptor (PXR) is a ligand-activated transcrip-tion factor that is abundantly expressed in hepatocytes , its ligand drugs can regulate drug transporters expression and activity via PXR -mediated signaling pathways , and thereby affect the drug disposition ,increase the risk of drug -drug interactions and adverse effects when combined with clinical medication.This paper systematically reviewed the current re-search progress and clinical correlation of drug regulatory transporters me-diated by PXR.关键词
