Diagnostic Value of Two-dimensional Ultrasound Combined with Four Dimensional Real-time Imaging for Fetal Cleft Lip and Palate in the Middle of Pregnancy

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four dimensional real-time imaging in the middle trimester of fetal cleft lip and palate.Method:From May 2016 to January 2018, 22 cases of pregnant women who were examined during pregnancy in the First Hospital of Nanchang were examined by delivery or induced labor.Among them,11 cases were respectively pure cleft lip and palate, combined cleft lip and palate.22 cases of parturients were examined by two-dimensional ultrasound,and 11 cases of them were included in the control group.The remaining women were subsequently included in the observation group by the use of four dimensional ultrasound.The diagnosis of cleft lip and palate in the two groups were compared,and the characteristics of the sound image were statistically analyzed.Result:The number of cleft lip and palate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time spent in the examination and the time of diagnosis in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasound applied to mid pregnancy diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and palate,can be more intuitive and accurate observation of the fetal face,will be effective as a supplementary means of two-dimensional ultrasound,to improve the diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and cleft palate,has a very important value.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
