Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of early enteral nutrition combined with parenteral nutrition on postoperative outcomes of gastric carcinoma patients.Method:64 patients who received gastrectomy were randomly divided into early enteral combined with parenteral nutrition group(EN+PN) and parenteral nutrition group(PN),32 patients in each group.The PN group was treated with parenteral nutrition group 24 h after operation.The EN+PN group was treated with enteral and parental nutrition.The indexes of plasma albumin, prealbumin,C-reactive protein,T-lymphocyte subsets,immunoglobulin and the recovery of intestinal function, hospitalization time and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no death during the study period.Serum albumin and prealbumin increased after nutritional support,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).On the eighth day after operation,the immune indexes in EN+PN group were significantly higher than those in PN group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with PN group,EN+PN group had shorter postoperative recovery time of intestinal function,shorter postoperative hospitalization time,fewer complications and lower levels of C-reactive protein(P<0.05). Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition for patients after taking gastrectomy can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and immune function,alleviate inflammatory response,shorter hospital stay and decrease the incidence of complications of gastric carcinoma after operation.关键词
