摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of Azithromycin sequential therapy on the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children and the anti-inflammatory,proinflammatory cytokines and immune function in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Method:88 cases with infantile pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia were selected from January to December 2017 in our hospital as the research objects,according to the digital meter method,they were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in each group.The control group was given Ammonia Bromine treatment,the research group on the basis of control group was given Azithromycin sequential therapy.The improved levels of anti-inflammatory,proinflammatory cytokines and immune function of two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,in anti-inflammatory factors,proinflammatory cytokines and immune function,the research group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children with the use of Azithromycin sequential therapy in clinical treatment,for its anti-inflammatory factor,proinflammatory factor and related parameters of immune function improvement has significant curative effect,shall be further in the clinical application and spread.关键词
