Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the influence of Leonurus Heterophyllus Injection for the postpartum recovery,uterine involution and oxidative damage repair of delivery women with cesarean section. Method:A total of 90 delivery women with cesarean section in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oxytocin,while observation group was given Leonurus Heterophyllus Injection on the basis of control group.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage,uterine volume,fundus descent height,hemoglobin level,lochia disappearance time and the level of oxidative stress before and after treatment between two groups were compared.Result:At different postpartum time,the amount of bleeding in observation group were less than those of control group,the uterine volume were less than those of control group,the fundus descent height were better than those of control group,the level of hemoglobin were higher than those of control group,and lochia disappearance time was shorter than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the expression level of oxidative stress markers in two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),after treatment, the expression level of oxidative stress in observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The influence of Leonurus Heterophyllus Injection for the postpartum recovery,uterine involution and oxidative damage repair of delivery women with cesarean section are better,and it has higher application value in the delivery women with cesarean section.关键词
