Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical analysis of 2 596 patients with achilles tendon rupture and put forward the countermeasures to prevent achilles tendon rupture.Method:According to the various types of biomedical journals in Chinese databases,the literature reports on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with achilles tendon rupture in the past 20 years were reviewed.The statistics on various causes of achilles tendon injury were conducted,databases were established,and various causes of regional and group characteristics were analyzed.Result:A total of more than 200 articles were reported. Among them,the causes of achilles tendon rupture were clearly documented by 166 articles.A total of 2 596 cases were reported,the closed wounds accounted for 56.39% and open fractures accounted for 43.61%.The causes of injury:46.34% of sport-related injuries, 38.21% of weaponry cuts,5.51% of traffic injuries,4.63% of agricultural machinery cuts,3.35% of blunt injuries and 1.96% of other injuries.Conclusion:Achilles tendon rupture presents obvious geographical and group characteristics:North China, Northeast China and other inland areas are mostly closed fractures, sports injury is the main reason,school teachers and students,public and public officials as the main victims.Most of the coastal areas in South and East China suffer from open fractures.Cuts such as sanitary ware and glass tablets are the most common cause.Workers and peasants were the main injury groups.关键词
