Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome in patients gestational diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 98 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who were hospitalized in the Department of Obstetrics and gynecology from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group (n=49) and observation group (n=49).The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given nursing intervention.The blood glucose control effect,perinatal complications and neonatal condition between the two groups were observed and compared.The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and pre-bedtime blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of perinatal complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( x2=6.806,P=0.009). The neonatal condition in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the incidences of hypoglycemia,neonatal asphyxia and hyperbilirubinemia were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can help the patients with gestational diabetes mellitus improve blood glucose control effect and ensure the newborn's health.关键词
