Abstract
Objective:To investigate the levels of the occupational stress and health quotient in pre-hospital emergency nurses, and explore the correlation between them.Method:A total of 57 pre-hospital emergency nurses in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The level of the occupational stress and health quotient were evaluated by evaluated by nurse stressor inventory and health quotient questionnaire.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between stress level and health quotient.Result:The pre-hospital emergency nurses' occupational stress score was (145.38±10.74) scores,and the highest dimension score was nursing profession and work,which was (4.84±0.48) scores,the lowest score was working environment and resources,which was (4.07±0.25) scores. The health quotient score was (23.44±6.83) scores,and the highest dimension score was health knowledge,which was (7.21±0.84) scores,the lowest scores was mental state,which was (2.50±1.29) scores.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the pre-hospital emergency nurses' occupational stress was negatively correlated with health quotient (r=-0.207,P=0.001).Conclusion:Pre-hospital emergency nurses have higher occupational stress levels and lower health quotient levels,which were negatively correlated with each other.Occupational stress should be reduced,while nurses' health quotient levels should be raised.关键词
