Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative nursing of thoracoscopic minimally invasive radical cure of lung cancer. Method:70 cases with minimally invasive thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer were selected from March 2016 to August 2017 as the research objects,in accordance with the order of the hospital will be divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional perioperative nursing,the observation group was treated by rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing care.The nursing effect,satisfaction,the pain score,the time of drainage and the days of hospitalization of two groups were compared.Result:After nursing,the nursing effects of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The concept of fast track surgery has obvious effect in perioperative nursing care of patients with lung cancer undergoing minimally invasive thoracoscopic surgery.It can accelerate postoperative recovery, reduce postoperative pain, shorten hospitalization time,improve patient satisfaction and improve patients' quality of life.关键词
