Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of liquid dressing in neoatal diaper dermatitis. Method:A total of 140 cases of diaper dermatitis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, 70 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional dressing, while observation group was treated with 3M liquid dressing. The healing time, treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result:The healing time of observation group was(5.2±0.4)d,which was significantly shorter than(6.9±1.1)d of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 95.71%,which was significantly higher than 81.43% of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than 82.86% of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The liquid dressing nursing for neonatal diaper dermatitis can effectively improve the cure rate of diaper dermatitis, improve the treatment effect, shorten the cure time of the children. It has the advantages of definite curative effect and convenient operation, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
