Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of evidence-based nursing intervention on intelligence development and prognosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Method:A total of 94 neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the study objects. According to the odd and even numbers of admission numbers (1︰1),they were divided into control group and observation group,47 cases in each group. The control group was made the routine nursing intervention program, the observation group was applied to evidence-based nursing intervention on this basis. The intelligence development and sequelae between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:There were no significant differences in the intelligence development index (MDI) and intelligence development quotient (DQ) scores between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05).After nursing, the MDI and DQ scores of the two groups were significantly improved, and the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of epilepsy, motor disorder and mental retardation in the observation group were 2.13%,6.38% and 6.38% respectively, which were significantly lower than 12.77%,21.28% and 23.40% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:For neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention is ideal, and it can promote intelligent development and improve the quality of prognosis. It is worthy of popularizing widely.关键词
